Here at "Lenwood" we offer a quiet camping experience. There are trailer and tent sites encircling the lake, some set back and some on the lakeshore.
Available are sites with 15, 30 and 50 amp electric, water and sewer hook-ups. Free Wi-Fi (wireless Internet) at your site. Also available are telephone and cable hook-ups for the long-term camper. Dump station available. We have clean bathroom facilities with flush toilets and showers. Camping fee includes beach, picnic area and hiking area. Available to rent are fishing boats, paddle boats, hydro-bikes, canoes, kayaks and tubes. In our store we have soda, candy, snacks, ice, firewood and bait. Complete shopping centers are nearby.
You may (hand) launch your boat for a fee of $3.00/day.
Some pets may be allowed on the campground (number & size are limited). They must be of a non-intimidating type (discretion of management), cleaned up after, kept on a leash and must not be left unattended. Dogs must not be allowed to bark at any time.
Dogs are not allowed with tents. Pet owners agree to remove pet from premises if requested by management.
No unlicensed battery or gas powered vehicels, scooters, carts, etc.
Nearby there is a nice supper club, golf courses, Lake Michigan fishing charters, horseback riding, mini golf, roller skating, theater, laundromat, indoor go-cart track, kennel service, church services, etc.
